REFUND/RETURN POLICY
We will gladly refund or return a product in the original package (same condition it left the store in) with a receipt within *60 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same form of tender with which the product was purchased.

- Sanitary Products (Diapers, wipes, etc)
- Muzzles, Cones, Recovery Pillows
- Cat Trees and Pet Beds
- Pet Cages (Wire, Soft, Plastic)
- Bulk Treats
No EXCEPTIONS: Reason being parvo virus can be contracted from other dogs. For the safety of our customer’s pets we cannot re-sell used products.
Only if Unopened/Unused:
- Chemicals and Supplements (Seal must be intact)

- Sweaters, Coats (Tags must be attached)
- Collars and Leashes (Tags must be attached)

*Only within a Certain Time Frame:
- Food and treats must be within expiry period on product and there needs to be at least half a bag left in the original packaging and within 30 days of purchase. Receipt is required.
- Live animals are guaranteed for 24 hours after purchase. Receipt and body are both required.
- Fish have a 48 hour guarantee. The receipt and body of the fish are both required.
